EDGYVETTE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
*** BY PROCEEDING WITH AN EDGYVETTE PURCHASE VIA EDGYVETTE WEBSITE, INTERNET PLATFORMS, OR OVER THE PHONE WITH AN AUTHORIZED EDGYVETTE REPRESENTATIVE CUSTOMERS ARE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF THIS SALES AGREEMENT. ***
SHIPPING AND TAX
All Sales are subject to applicable tax and shipping fees, which may be billed separately. Orders are expedited after full payment processing. Order delivery times may be altered by vendors, suppliers, specialized technicians, and service orders already in queue. Orders in stock ship within 5-7 business days. Edgyvette Brand parts ship within 10-14 business days. Some Edgyvette Brand products and customized orders require components from various product manufacturers and wholesale suppliers; Thus, potentially creating longer lead times. Customized part orders are items Edgyvette does not stock. Additionally, supplier and shipping carrier delays may occur that effect delivery times and are out of Edgyvette’s control. Therefore, firm delivery times cannot be provided. Expedited/Rush Orders may be available with additional fees. *Edgyvette Proprietary Parts are shipped via “Signature Required” (SR) service. Carefully open SR packages along established seals and confirm items are acceptable, prior to signing for receipt. Again, please check the package PRIOR to signing for receipt. If packages are damaged, document damages via photos, refuse delivery, and notify Edgyvette immediately. Signatures confirm parts are delivered safely and in good condition. No returns on SR Delivered Packages. This also applies for any parts shipped directly from product manufacturers, suppliers, etc. on behalf of fulfilling Edgyvette orders. Customers are responsible for the SR acceptance regardless of “who” signs for the delivery and assumes full responsibility for notifying Edgyvette of unsatisfactory deliveries within 24 business hours.
All Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To obtain an RMA to request a return, please email return requests to: Yve@Edgyvette.Com within 24 business hours of delivery receipt date. In the subject line list “Return Request for RMA”, provide the reason for the return and any related documentation for the request. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Please include a copy of the original receipt, invoice number, part number/description, and photo documentation of the items with the RMA Request. All returns are customer postage paid and insured for 100% value of the returned item; and must be securely packaged in the Original Packaging. If Returns are damaged by a shipping carrier, the customer is responsible for filing a carrier claim for damages. Edgyvette is not responsible for returns damaged due to improper packaging or uninsured returns. Shipping charges outside of standard delivery processes are non-refundable. *Cancellations are subject to a 15% charge for non-shipped purchased items to cover order processing fees. All return orders and orders processed with tracking/shipping information are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee or Manufacturer Restocking Fee, if greater.
Edgyvette returns are accepted up to 10 business days of delivery receipt date. No returns will be accepted after the 10 business days have expired. Business Days count as Monday-Friday. All returned parts must be in their original condition, within the part specific manufacturer/supplier packaging. Edgyvette is not responsible for installation errors and damages due to improper installation or abuse. Edgyvette is not responsible for any labor expenses, towing, rental car, or other expenses caused using wrong or defective parts during installation. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify correctness of all parts prior to purchase. Shipping charges outside of standard delivery processes are not refundable. *Cancellations are subject to a 15% charge for non-shipped purchased items to cover order processing fees. All return orders and orders processed with tracking/shipping information are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee or Manufacturer Restocking Fee, if greater. All defects in workmanship done directly by Edgyvette may be returned for a one-time repair or replacement upon return receipt of the Edgyvette item. Proof of defection is necessary, by photos or videos, validating the product condition at the time of receipt to the installation is required to ensure the best solution for returned items. All repair work will be performed by Edgyvette. Any unauthorized work done will void any warranty, repair, or replacement that would normally be covered and will render the item non-returnable. If parts ship directly from the manufacturer, wholesale house, vendor, supplier, or service provider on behalf of Edgyvette to complete the buyer’s order, the buyer may be requested to return those items to the respective establishments for quality inspection prior to Edgyvette processing return requests. Any parts shipped directly from the manufacturer must be returned to the manufacturer for inspection and are subject to the manufacturer’s return policy. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Special-Order Parts (ex: wheels and tires), Installed Parts, Painted Parts (ex: cosmetically enhanced), Used Parts (ex: previous shop car parts) cannot be returned for any reason.
Parts used for racing or competition carry a manufacturer’s defect warranty only. They are not warranted for breakage or wear under any circumstance. Some manufacturers require the parts be sent directly back to the manufacturer.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Parts
In the event of damaged products, incorrect or missing items, notify Edgyvette within 24 business hours of the delivery receipt date via email to Yve@Edgyvette.Com . Claims must be reported by invoice number, part number/description, and photo documentation of damaged items. Damaged or missing items will be claimed through the applicable manufacturer or shipping company. If applicable, Edgyvette will contact the manufacturer to provide correct ordered items. The customer will be refunded for any damaged or missing parts upon receipt of claim payment from the shipping company or replaced by the manufacturer if directly shipped from them. The claim process usually takes 4-6 weeks. Edgyvette cannot guarantee the outcome of claims from the shipping company or the offered resolution from the direct manufacturer company. Edgyvette will make every effort to resolve the claim expeditiously and replace damaged items quickly. Edgyvette cannot refund or replace any items prior to a carrier claim resolution.
Return refunds process and credit within 10 business days from the date the return item is received. Refunds are expedited once the return has been approved. Please be aware that Credit Cards, Banks, and Other Pay Applications may take 7-10 business days to post the return credit. If you do not receive a credit after 17 business days, please call Edgyvette at 980-272-7522. Shipping charges are not refundable. Edgyvette is not responsible for a manufacturer’s length of time for a refund, return, and resolution. If carrier damages occur when customers are responsible for shipping items, the customer is responsible for processing carrier damage claims. Edgyvette cannot expedite returns, exchanges, or refunds on carrier damaged items received from customer. Edgyvette recommends customers insure items for which they are responsible for the shipping charges for Edgyvette returns.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify correctness of all parts prior to purchase. By accepting Edgyvette invoices and processing payment for parts/services ordered, the Buyer confirms the correctness of the listed parts and acknowledges the Edgyvette Terms and Conditions herein. When ordering parts and accessories for vehicles still under the manufacturer’s warranty, it is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to ensure that the warranty will not be adversely affected by the installation of these parts. If in doubt, please contact your local servicing dealership or the vehicle manufacturer before ordering. Edgyvette cannot accept return requests for parts due to vehicle warranty issues.
